Return Policy

All returns must adhere to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy (“Policy”). The Seller is not obligated to accept any return unless all instructions are followed to the Seller’s satisfaction. If the Seller agrees to the return, a replacement Product will be delivered to your specified address.

Eligibility for Return:

You may initiate a return within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the Product under the following circumstances:

  1. Fundamentally Different Product: You receive a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the Product specified in the Customer Contract.
  2. Faulty or Damaged Product: You receive a faulty or damaged Product.
  3. Misrepresented Product: You receive a product that does not match the advertised description on the platform.
  4. Wrong Item Delivered: You receive a different item than what was ordered.
  5. Missing Parts/Items: You receive a product that is incomplete or has missing parts/items.
  6. Incorrect Fit: For fashion items, if you receive a product that does not fit.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within the specified return window, providing details of the issue and your order number.
  2. Await approval from the Seller for the return. Once approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the Product securely, ensuring it is in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Ship the Product back to the designated return address provided by the Seller. Ensure to use a traceable shipping method and retain proof of shipment.
  5. Upon receipt of the returned Product and verification of its condition, the Seller will process the return according to the agreed terms, which may include issuing a replacement Product or providing a refund.

Exclusions:

Please note that the Seller reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the Policy or are outside the specified return window. Additionally, certain products may be ineligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions outlined in the Policy.
