Shipping and Delivery Policy

  1. Shipping Methods
    We partner with trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery:
    – For addresses outside Metro Manila, we use LBC.
    – For Metro Manila addresses, we utilize Lalamove or Grab delivery services.
  1. Order Processing
    Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
  1. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
  1. Order Updates
    We understand the importance of keeping you informed about the status of your order. From the moment your order is placed until it’s delivered, we’ll provide regular updates via email. You’ll receive notifications about the progress of your order, including when it’s processed, shipped, and out for delivery. Additionally, our customer service team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about your order’s status.
  1. Delivery
    Delivery times are estimated based on the selected shipping method and the destination. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
  1. Delivery Attempts
    If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt delivery on subsequent days or leave a notification with instructions for pickup or re-delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided shipping address.
  1. Additional Notes:
    – We will ship only to the shipping address provided during checkout. Change of shipping address after the order has been shipped out is not allowed.
    – We cannot commit to a fixed delivery time. Please ensure that you or someone authorized will be available to receive your order to avoid failed delivery.
    – Re-processing of orders due to failed delivery will incur additional shipping/handling fees.
    – We accept only one (1) shipping address with complete details, including the correct barangay. We will not be liable for failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided.
    – In case of cancellation of a paid order due to a failed delivery, only the product amount will be refunded. Handling fees will not be refunded.
